-Dr.C.P. Trivedi
Father of the Nation M.K. Gandhi was a great thinker, philosopher, and born diplomat politician to fight against powerful British rule His vision for the Indian subcontinent ‘Hindustan’ reflects in his book The ‘HIND SWARAJ’ by M.K. Gandhi is a Great thinker’s vision written in 1908 in Gujrati later on translated into English, The resident of Hindustan is Hindu The book has been considered as a critique of polluted modern civilization Which he has seen in 1908 and planned to restore India’s Glorious past with up lifting poor villagers with self-employment education, with thread weaving wheel in hand, because cloth industries were confined to the cities with limited workers.
Satyagraha has gained a worldwide reputation on an additional positive face because the only
good way is for a wrong one. In a word, Hind Swaraj is his vision for the Indian subcontinent a nation before the arrival of the British and realized that modern development and industrialization are against the poor, who are residing in villages, hence, criticized the modern civilization.
Modern Civilization
Hind Swaraj Gandhi is well known for his trenchant charges against current civilization. He also focuses on the situation of India in Hind Swaraj, as it has grown under British administration and supervision. He maintains that India, owing to British control, is becoming an “irreligious” society. He quickly remarks that he does not think about anybody’s religion but of the world religion, which is the source of all religious beliefs. He continues by saying that 1490 International Journal of Law Management & Humanities [Vol. 4 Iss 4; 1487] © 2021. International Journal of Law Management & Humanities [ISSN 2581-5369] we are straying away from God.
The British coined the term ‘Hindu Religion’ which was never a Religion of India for their divide-and-rule policy, to differentiate between the converted and non-converted Indians. To create a superstitious rift, constituted a separate constituency for ‘Muslims’ in the parliamentary democracy under British rule with this the ‘Holy nation become unholy’ in the name of God.
.”Feeling Hindus to live in India alone are Hindus, are living in a fantasy country. Hindus, Muhammadans, Parsees, and Christians who make India their country, are fellow Indians and, even if for their own interests alone, have to live in harmony. There is no single nationality and a single religion in any part of the world, nor India. He was unable to oppose ‘The Hindu Religion, which was never a Religion of India.
. Chapter IV of Hind Swaraj argues that the simple transfer of power from British to Indian hands does not result in true swaraj (indigenous rule). He went on to say that it would be “English rule without Englishmen.” Then, rather than being known as ‘Hindustan,’ India would be known as a country that was ‘Enlisting’ in the war. Thus, his notion would not be swaraj in any way. At the end of chapter XIV (“How Can India Become Free?”), he makes an attempt to determine the true swaraj, asserting that if we (individuals) are free, then India is free.
He was having a vision for new social order with the domesticated rule of ‘Panchayat Raj’ or self-government with self-employment education. With this vision came back to India, quit the suit tie and took small cloth as ‘Langoti’ to attract the poor, untouchables, and masses to awaken them against British rule with non-violent Satyagraha’ after he returned from South Africa in 1914. By the end of the First World War in 1919, The Congress elected Mahatma Gandhi as the president in 1921, and 1924, and the icon of Congress.
The fifty-first session of the Congress at Haripura was presided over by Subhash Chandra Bose. Toward the end of the session, there was a contest for who would be the president-elect for the next session between Netaji and Pattabhi Sittaramayya. Subhash Bose was elected president of Congress, Bose won with a thumping margin even though Sittaramayya was seen as Gandhiji’s nominee, Bose resigned in 1939
During world war II Gandhiji supported British Govt. and Netaji revived Indian National Army Azad Hind Fauj’ Azad Hind had been given a limited form of governmental jurisdiction over the Andaman and Nicobar Islands,
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose stands in front of the Cellular Jail at Andaman and Nicobar Islands, after its successful capture, on 30th December 1943 The government of Azad Hind had its own currency, court, and civil code, and in the eyes of some Indians, its existence gave greater importance to the independence struggle against the British

Congress from 1884
Indian National congress was founded on December 28, 1885, by British civil servant Sir Allan Octavian Hume. To hold the meeting, Hume had to get the approval of the then Viceroy “Lord Dufferin”. The first president of the First Congress meeting was Womesh Chandra Banerjee,
In his presidential address to the fourth Session of the Indian national congress in 1888, Surendra Nath Bannerji Prayed “God grant that the future may deepen our loyalty, stimulate our patriotism and consolidate our imperial connection with England[13]”.
Speaking in Calcutta on 26 July 1888, he declared: “Deep and unswerving loyalty to the British Crown and constitutional agitation for our rights are the words which are graven on the heart of every Indian patriot[14].”
Congress was a party like the House of Commence under the British Emperor to support British rule in India and to reduce the power of Indian state kings with partial democracy. The British have given ‘Loly Pop’ to Indians to rule over India with divide and rule policy to make the Indian subcontinent as a mental slave of Britain forever,
Lord Macaulay’s new education policy in 1935 and the constitution of slave India in 1935, are to cut off Indians from Indian culture. Lord Macaulay taught that the Vedas are Religious scriptures of Hindu, and Aryan’ Hindus’ invaded India and killed Black ‘Dravidian

There is no single nationality and a single religion in any part of the world, nor India. He was unable to oppose ‘The Hindu Religion, which was never a Religion of India. Gandhiji with all their abilities unable to give the answer 0f Religious superstition imposed by the British. The superstition of Religion was to take revenge for the Revolution against British Govt. in 1857, which was fought by the Indians together religion was not a barrier. and decided to divide India on the name of superstition, where the Hindu was never a Religion of India and the converted had no right to a separate state.
The true freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Ashfaq Ulla Khan, Great Revolutionary Sri Aurobindo, Netaji Subhash Bose, Vinayak Veer Savarkar, and many tortured at a length at the cruelest Cellular Jail ‘Kala Pani, Port Blair Andaman Island, and many hanged Brutally.
Congress was a pro-British party Gandhiji advised Vinayak Veer Savarkar to apologize, and he quit the Congress and joined Hindu Mahasabha founded in 1915 by Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya supported by British to oppose ‘Muslim League, established in 1906 by British and Jinnah also quit Congress to demand Muslim state It was a power race to rule over India with divide and rule policy.
British Policy was dangerous to divide India, and the great revolutionary Sri Aurobindo left the independence movement, Netaji Subhash Bose establish the ‘Azad Hind Fauj’ Indian National Army, and raised the tricolor at Andaman Island as the first independent state of India, why we shy to conquer him ‘Bharat Ratna’? But India is a mental slave to Britain with the imposition of Partial democracy, and Congress like a political party like House Commence in British Parliament under British Emperor. All British policies were successful to divide India.
Mahatma Gandhi’s ‘Hind Swaraj’ and Gandhi were defeated by the conspiracy of Lord Mountbatten to give A GIFT to Jinnah, and Nehru, to rule over the Indian subcontinent with divide and rule policy. and Gandhi’s Non-violent ‘Satyagraha] turned into communal violence with the dawn of so-called freedom on 14th August 1947 Now the ‘Rootless Pakistan with illiteracy and poverty going to collapse.
