Grand Bharat requires a Presidential System of Democracy

Caste-based Census is suicidal to push Bharat in 1947, and to defame Honorable Modiji in the name of Hindu,

The presidential System One Nation One Election, and One President of Bharat is the solution with integrity in a multicultural caste-based society.

Bharat is important as the antinational elements are provoking communal riots, and the Khalistani movement raising heads in Canada to defame the Honorable PM Modi in the name of Hindu, with ISI in the background.

The partition of Bharat with fraud of freedom with one Nation one Election, and the caste-based census by the Bihar Govt, pushed Bharat into a critical position with no consent of the central Govt. and to divide further ST, SC, and OBC are financially weaker exploited by the invaders, and British to keep them illiterate without any facility to uplift them. The reservation quota can’t be raised above 50 % the verdict of the Supreme Court of Bharat. Only giving reservation is like one pomegranate and a thousand diseased, to demand further reservation, in the illusion of the reservation, the SC, ST, and OBC and minority class produce children like animals to increase the share of Vote Bank, in this sense caste-based census will put them as a political party, and members against the constitution to be eligible for the Govt. Service. In the same fashion Islam, and Christianity are political movements to increase their vote bank with conversion. It is required to visualize the Constitution as well from a modern perspective.

British coined the term Hindu Religion to cut off Bhartiya citizens from the Bharatiya culture, where Hindu was never a Religion of Bharat., and the converted had no right to a separate state. The invaders named Bharat ‘Hindustan’ the resident of Hindustan is Hindu.

They impose partial democracy with a lovely pop divide and rule with the tranquility of Religious opium in the name of faith. To push the subcontinent into Religious fundamentalism, the mental slavery of Britain forever divided the subcontinent in the name of faith. Multicultural Castes

Islam and Christianity are political movements and to increase the population is a tool to rule over the country with the Religious demography. No Religion ruled over Bharat, even the Mughal rulers did not declare Hindustan as a Muslim state. Bharat is secular from time immemorial with a multicultural caste-based society with a division of labor.

The Social structure during the Vedic period was based on the division of labor, as per the mental and physical ability of a person based on that all are born ignorant ‘Shudra’ the thread ceremony, the individual enters into a school ‘Ashram’ remain ‘Brahmachari’ and acquire education in all fields. After education, he acquires the position to serve society, Brahaman knowers of Brahma Gyan are like mouths of the society to guide, the ‘Kshatriya’ warrior with physical strength and knower of weapons is a warrior to protect society, the pupils well versed in different skills like agriculture. carpenters, goldsmiths, and iron smelters, to serve society with intellectual skills to serve society with business are ‘Vaisya’ Businessman. Otherwise, all are born as ignorant ‘Shudra to serve society after proper education and acquiring different positions to serve society. The class system of labor, and skill converted into family traditions to earn the bread during long slavery, and the big families converted into the caste as hereditary life principle. Sonless gets a grandson from his daughter, knowing the pupil becomes his father’s father. The immortal thought words follow immortal DNA Tvasta from generation to generation with new life. Caste evolved from the single ancestral DNA with the family traditions.

The invaders exploited the poor to force them for conversion and left them illiterate, and poor. The invaders could not enter into the caste, and Indians were saved during long slavery, otherwise like Iran all Indians may have been converted if one Religion was there.

During the slavery Brahmins were terrorized at length, all scriptures are in Sanskrit away from the common man, The great saint Tulsidas born in the year at the time of Mudhal King Akbar wrote the Great Epic ‘Ramcharit Manas’ in Hindi from Vamiki Sanskrit Ramayan became popular all over Bharat all were free to recite in the night away from Muslim invaders. It has saved Bharat from conversion. Brahmin priest were unable to do their duty of teaching as most of the temples were destroyed with no patronage.

The Sanskrit scriptures and Veda were saved through highly complicated oral recitation with phonetics, which explores that every generation of mankind is new Veda’s words are eternal followed by him from generation to generation with new life, and Veda reached us in its original form.

THE MAIN CAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS OF BHARAT IS pARTITION AND ARYAN INVASION THEORY

I am a victim of secularism and was harassed to explore the Indus Valley in 2010 for a fellowship of Govt. of India, on my protest to the Prime Minister of India Shri Man Mohan Singh, the DG AzSI, New Delhi replied to the Govt. we are meant for security, and protection of ancient monuments, work on Veda as a Religious matter against the secular constitution., In 2022-23 on the same grounds, Shri Ram Tiwari, Director Maharaja Vikramaditya Shod Peeth, withheld the fellowship no reply from the Govt. of M.P. on my complaint.

A. H. Wheeler DG ASI Delhi 1944 reported to the Govt of slave Bharat ‘Aryan invasion as postulated by the European Scholars, They were unable to understand Vedic Lexicography, the source to decipher the Indus Valley, Vedic Civilization, a matter of pride for every citizen of Bharat. I have been a citizen of Bharat since birth in a remote village on 8-07-1946 with a conscious experience from 1947 till today Looking at the modern scenario of the Bharat Republic The Parliamentary Democracy ruined the Nation. There is an expenditure limit for the candidate, one pt. Dwarka Prasad Mishra was punished for over expenditure of 329 Rs, and then the clever politicians searched the ways for over-expenditure with the name of the party fund and friend society circles to distribute Liquor, sarees, and money to the poor.

The over-expenditure money requires compensation, and the easy way is corruption, Shri Pratap Singh Kairo, charged with corruption, was exempted, and Chaudhary Charan Singh formed Bharatiya Kranti Dal, and funded 425 candidates on his own, T. T. Krisnamachari Finance Minister charged, and released from the charges. Just to say that there is a huge way for corruption in the parliamentary Democracy, everybody wants to be the leader of a political Parties in dozens. It is the source of corruption, National Parties are feverish. I suggested its solution in the Presidential system in 1989 with the appreciation of my Book ‘PRAJATANTRA MEIN DHARMA, DHARM-NIRPEKSHATA AUR SECULARISM.xccepted by then Honorable President of India Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma’ and have given a note that Hindu is not a Religion of India, and Bharat is secular from time immemorial.

Conclusion One Nation, One Election with the Presidential system of democracy is need of time. The Parliamentary partial democracy with the tranquility of Religious opium for division and the rule was imposed by the British Govt. in power. After so-called freedom in 1947 with the murder of Bharatiya by the Bhartiya in the name of faith to rule over the partitioned Bharat, the same parliamentary democracy was adopted without the consent of the Public of Bharat. It has turned the democracy’s rule of fools by the fools and for the fools with the tranquility of Religious opium. It has divided Bharat and Bhartiya citizens. The people are living in a fool’s paradise, where there is no God, and no Religion, To divide further opposition raised the issue of caste census and reservation of SC, ST, and OBC in the Historic ‘Nari Shakti Vandan’ ordinance 2023. With 33 % reservation for women, the seed-bearing mother of all without duality with new life.

The parliamentary democracy with division and rule converted the lifeline of the public into the democracy of corruption, where no political party or leader away from it since 1952. Even after 70 years 40 % population living below the poverty line without proper education.

It can be reduced by adopting a Presidential system of democracy to reduce the number of political parties at the National level, where every voter will have the choice to choose the president of Bharat to achieve the glorious past of Grand Bharat’

The public census on the Presidential system of Election can be taken with one Nation One Election, and Nari Shakti Vandan ordinance 23

For one Nation, one Election, and for the presidential system, the public census should be there. Till the census, all elections should be suspended with all parties Govt. Like the Govt. prior to the General Election of 1952 After the census the one Election, one Nation, and Presidential system should be implemented. Kindly take the view of the Supreme Court of Bharat, eminent scholars, PM Narendra Modi, and other leaders devoted to Bharat. Some political leaders with political interests may oppose the Presidential System, and one Nation, one Election.
